Call of Duty 2020
The software company and development studios have come out together to anounce the release of the new CoD game later this year!
“Activision will continue to build on its direct digital relationship with this expanded community as it delivers the next premium installment for Call of Duty…” Activision said on an earnings call reported by CharlieIntel.
Time are changing:
This marks the first time that there have ever been an early announcement, from Activision, that revealed the developers of an upcoming CoD game. Rumors are that the new game will be called Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War and the release is set to take place in Activision’s Q4 (which will be between October and December of this year).
With such a late release and so close to the launch of the next gen consoles it is likely it will span both consoles. This will expand the life of the title by crossing the consoles as well as bring a bigger player base to the game.

The call took place on August 4 Kostich revealed that there will be “And what you should expect is that there will be a very tight integration between the two. Modern Warfare and Warzone are obviously very tightly connected, and I think that’s really important for(to) the player base,”
